What changed from the 2021 to the 2024 IZC (section numbering is otherwise unchanged):
Many IZC numbers are "[JURISDICTION TO INSERT NUMBER]" blanks (Table 302.1 district areas, most sign heights and areas, the appeal filing period in 110.2.2). The exam expects you to recognize a blank — an answer that supplies a model-code number for a blank cell is wrong.
