You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first subscription payment, contact support@buildingcodeacademy.org for a full refund. After the initial 30-day period, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods. See our Terms of Service for full details.
