Continuous insulation (c.i.): Insulation uncompressed and uninterrupted by framing
Fenestration: Skylights, roof windows, vertical windows (glazed or opaque), opaque doors, glazed doors
Solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC): Fraction of solar radiation admitted through fenestration (0-1 scale)
